These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and Nuchev Pty Ltd (ABN 54 163 225 090), trading as OLI6®, GOAT NUTRITION AUSTRALIA® and GNA® (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of our website located at oli6goat.com, including mobile, social media, and eCommerce services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access and use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All product prices are in AUD and include GST. Orders are subject to availability. You must pay in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., due to suspected misuse or incorrect delivery details). Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

You may not purchase products for resale without express written consent. Orders deemed bulk or unauthorised for resale may be cancelled.

7. Delivery & Risk

Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the site (e.g., reviews, testimonials), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, modify and share that content for any purpose. You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove or restrict it at our discretion.
